Model: Archer TX50E
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I'm having trouble with my new wifi adapter.

I installed it as explained in the manual that comes with it.

Plugged it in the pcie port, plugged the internal USB cable.

Downloaded and installed the drivers from the official website : https://www.tp-link.com/fr/support/download/archer-tx50e/

It seems like the card is detected but not recognized :

The one that is highlighted in blue is the old one i'm replacing but i'm using it to download the drivers, etc

If somebody could help me it would be great !

Thank you

@Artyy

Thanks for reaching out to us.

May I know is it Wireless Adapter can't be recognized or it is Bluetooth adapter can't be recognized?

You can try the suggestions below:

1. Please upgrade the BIOS of your computer.

For the feedback, we find that upgrade the BIOS can solve the most feedback. It may be related to the bridge driver in the Windows, so after upgrading it, this driver will be upgraded together. And then the adapter can work.

2.Please get into Windows safe mode to install the driver of TX50E.

How to get into Windows safe mode?

After that, please install driver again.
