 last 2 days when i try to connect to internet is come message ``Unable to connect to internet`` i did try to restart me internet and nothing help.Can you give me any advice . One from your web side is not working. Manually Install Adapters on Windows 10 i did try 2 of the links and is still not working.

Thank you for your feedback, may I know did you try the driver or tried the suggestion in this post?

Can you help confirm some case details here: 

1. Did the problem happen just after the windows10 update? 

How long has T6E working fine before on the computer? 

2. Please check the system info and driver info about your computer and share the photo

3. Is there any error message when it failed to connect the network?

Did you have the same issue on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz Wi-Fi band?

1 Yes i did stop working just after Windows update, computer is brand new bought it last month.

2 see photos 

3 yes message is Unable to connect to this network.

Yes is the same issue on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz Wi-Fi.
