• It is recommended to change a different Wi-Fi channel on the WiFi router, you may need router support help to login router and change channels
• If test speed on a different computer or mobile device, do you have a good Wi-Fi speed at the  same location ? 
• Disable other Wi-Fi adapter other than Tp-Link adapter

Do you mean the adapter work fine in the destop, but not on Windows computer? Can I have a photo of the motherboard information of the computer, how long this adapter has been working fine on the same computer?
