Model: RE305
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 20210416 Rel. 61543

Hi, I have been having a serious problem with my tplink range extender re305 for several days.

Since I changed the tim modem by replacing the old model with the new one (Technicolor AGMY2020) my tplink is constantly disconnecting, specifically I have noticed that the signal LED and the two connection LEDs (2.4 ghz and 5 ghz) turn off completely .

I have tried all possible solutions

I have reset the tplink 3 times
I tried to bring the tplink closer to the tim modem
I have updated the firmware to the latest version available

band steering disabled on tim modem
access control disabled on tim modem

But it didn't help

Tplink configurations

1.1.5 Build 20210416 Rel. 61543
RE305 v3.0
High speed mode active
Automatic dhcp server

****UPDATE

disabled dhcp so ip address are assigned direct by router

disabled high speed

i'm trying this config

****UPDATE

change channel to 11 (2.4ghz) e 36 (5ghz)

the problem persist

*****UPDATE MAYBE THE REAL PROBLEM

seems the issue particularly happen during in certain/ large-traffic network activities , like P2P download, streaming. Gaming

  @Bender86

It's good to know you have tried some steps in RE unstable troubleshooting guide here. To better assist with your case, I'd like to escalate your case through support email, please check your email inbox for TKID220511991

Can you also share a photo of router WiFi settings, or check if there is any other advanced Wi-Fi settings you could try to disable for a test.
