Hi,

I am having this issue with the Archer MR600 V2 model. The max speed I can get is 100mb/s download. I have access to 4 bands B1, B3, B20 and B28. Attempting any different combination Iof these bands, speed remians 50-100 and bands do not aggregate. However, using the same SIM card in my smart phone, speed tests results of 200-300mb/s can be achieved.

Band Aggregation example, Manually set to B1,B20. Like I said before multiple combinations of bands have the same result of 1 band being displayed.

I have tested with a wired connection, buts speeds remain 50-100. What can I do, to get the same results as my Smart phone?

  @Hiccups

Hi, may I know the model number of your smart phone? and could you please check which band or band combinations the smart phone works when using the same SIM card at same location?

Besides, the MR600 supports up to LTE CAT6 whose theoretical max download speed is 300Mbps, but most smart phones supports much higher LTE category such as LTE CAT20 etc. or even 5G, so even though LTE CAT6 is also 4G+, but its max speed is lower than LTE CAT20 products.

Therefore, it would be better to compare with another 4G device with the same LTE category.

  @Sunshine

Hi, Sure! My phone is a Xiaomi Poco F3, I checked the the bands also, and it seems to be using a combination of all 4 bands available: B28, B3, B1, B20. Thanks!
