Hello guys,

 

My AX1500 Wi-Fi 6 Router keeps getting disconnected from WAN, losing the PPPOE connection made (and so disconnecting any device connected through WiFi to it).

 

First I want to know if there is an actual problem with the router of if the problem is from my ISP (ISP tells me they don't give support since the router is my own and not from them).

 

How can I start diagnosting this issue. It's getting annoying. Whenever I start playing something, the router is disconnected from WAN.

If the connection is not stable when connecting to the AX1500 network, please go through the troubleshooting suggestions in the following thread to locate if the issue is caused by the ISP/modem or the router, then provide more details as requested in the thread:
