Limited channel selection for 5 Ghz in Archer C80

Hello,
I have an Archer C80, and I need to change the channel to a higher one to avoid conflicts with my neighbours. Unfortunately it's limited to only 36-48, as you can see.
I read somewhere that some models are limited because of European regulations. I live in Israel, where those channels are not limited. But I guess since being close the model might've come from there and be subjected to the same.
A couple of questions:
1) Is there any way to bypass this? Installing a firmware from another region maybe?
2) Do all models that come from Europe have the same limitations? I was eyeing changing to a router with WiFi 6 support (the AX53), but I wanted to make sure beforehand that I won't run into the same problem.

Edit: Just wanted to add that in the C80 emulator it shows all the channels available, so it's not like the hardware doesn't support it.
for 1) Users who have force-installed another region's firmware in the past have often experienced problems afterwards.
for 2) The EU regulations are the same for all routers sold there. Routers that don't support "Dynamic Frequency Selection" (like the C80) are limited to the 5 GHz channels 36, 40, 44, 48. Routers that do support DFS (like the AX53) can also use channels 52 to 64 and 100 to 144.
The channels 149 to 165 also don't require DFS, but these channels are usually not available on routers made for the EU region, because the EU restricts transmission power on these channels to a very weak 25 mW.
You can tell what region your router was intended for by the code printed on the label on the underside of the router. For example, if it reads "(EU)", then no channels 149 to 165, if "(US)", then the channels are available. That same sticker should be on the retail box as well, so you can tell before opening the box.
