Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:0.2.0 0.9.1 v0074.0 Build 170504

hello 

my 2.4 ghz network keeps crashing.

when on windows, the pc sees and identifies the network but says  "no internet".

when on android (tv box) gives me a no internet notification.

 

funny thing is, i have a tp-link wifi extender tl-wa850re and it doesnt help. 

 

please help

Hi, have you tried to change the 2.4ghz channel to 11?

May I know how long have you had VR600 v2?

There would be a workaround for your reference:

1. Turn off the 2.4ghz on the VR600 V2.

2. connect tl-wa850re via cable to VR600 and set it up to Access point mode, not range extender anymore.

Hey there David and thanks for the assist. 

 

I've had it since March 2018. What is the life expectancy?

  1. Did that last week. The 5ghz was very good and stable. But I have 2.4 compatible devices in the house.
  2. it will have to stay pluged in indefinitely?
