Model: AP200
Hardware Version: V11
Firmware Version:

We have been using TP link to provide a network in our home but it has developed a problem, the whole system stops working, the three lights are working on the adapters are on but no connection. it also drops the speed on occasions, we get between 23 and 25 gb to the router and the wireless in the house is good, the speed via the adapters ranges from 4 to 10 gb and is variable. We can get it working again if we fiddle with the system but we cannot identify the source of the problem. We have 1 master and run 6 units off of it.

@a4campbell

What are the model number of the powerline adapters? What is the current network diagram as well?

You mentioned gb as speed, may I know who is your internet service provider and what is the bandwidth you pay for them?

What is the led status of the powerline adapters when the internet stops working? In the meantime, please click here to check the IP address and gateway obtained by your computer with it connected to the powerline adapter.

What is the actual speed you can get from the main router and powerline adapters separately? Please show us some screenshots of the speed test page.

Besides, for the unstable connection issue, you can refer to https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2230/

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.
