Model: Deco PX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20240724 Rel. 28307

My Deco PX50 units have been solid for months, but since last week they started crashing once or twice a day.

They just stop working, wifi SSID sometimes disappears.

Before they were setting wifi+PLC between each other, but since they started crashing they seem to be only doing Wifi backhaul.

The main deco unit has some noise that sounds like interference, but I tried some other sockets, and still similiar.

Is there any logs or something that we can check or any known issue?

  @ricardonadao

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Have you tried to reset the Deco PX50 once and set it up again?

-It is also suggested to set a different Deco PX50 as the main Deco(temporarily unplug the original "main" PX50). Then test the new Mesh system with only 2*Deco PX50s to see whether it could hold a stable connection.

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Just reconfigured the network from scratch.

Used another unit as the main.

Setup the 2nd unit.

The first 2 units connected nicely and with PLC+Wifi as expected.

Was able to add the "faulty unit" that starts doing "interference noise" as soon as it gets powered on, but after sometime it starts rebooting itself, so at the moment left only 2 units online and working with support to see what to do with it.
