Hi I have td-9960 modem and we have error packets. which causes these erorrs pls help me ?
Hi, The downstream errors are usually caused by signal noise on the DSL lines. The noise can be from a large motor, fluorescent lights, adjacent DSL lines, and various other sources that are close to the DSL lines or blocks. Based on the pictures you have provided, the downstream errors are considerably low.
