What does the shared bandwidth mean? I want to add a TP LINK WiFi adapter on the pcie x1 slot, will I be able to do that?

May I know how do you want to this Wi-Fi adapter, the adapter gets Wi-Fi speed of the router and shared the total Wi-Fi bandwidth in your internet plan with other network devices.
'Shared bandwidth' seems to be a service provided by ISP by which you do not use the same line or service with the nearby resident, you may reach the ISP to learn more about it.
