Archer AX11000 problem with internet connection after upgrade of firmware
After firmware upgrade there is no internet connection after start TP-LINK router and ISP modem. TP-LINK router is faster with starting up and it is waiting with red led for ISP modem. After ISP modem is connected to internet, TP-LINK router is not connecting and "waiting" with red led. Also TP-LINK is not connecting automatically to the internet after ISP modem restart. When I disconnect LAN cable or I restart TP-LINK router then TP-LINK router is connecting without problem. I noticed that TP-LINK is connecting without any problem to the internet when ISP modem is already connected to internet. Something happened after firmware upgrade with automatic connection to the ISP modem when it is not connected to the internet. Before upgrade, TP-LINK "was waiting" for IPS modem with red light, and when IPS modem was connecting to the internet then TP-LINK also was connecting to the internet. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.
Can I know who is your ISP, and what kind of WAN Connection Type you are using on the AX11000 when connecting to the internet?
When the modem restarts and reconnects to the internet, does the AX11000 get the correct WAN IP address from the modem or not? Please login to its web interface page to confirm it next time when the issue happens.

ISP connection: RJ-45
Manufacturer: ARRIS (TG2492S)
Situation:
1. Everything is working: ARCHER AX11000 connected, ISP is connected
2. Reset of ISP (ISP is connecting to internet)
3. ISP is connected to the internet and AX11000 is frozen with red led (with "poor network")
4. Unplug and plug LAN cable to the AX11000 - then AX11000 is connecting automatic
Looks like AX11000 trying to connect to ISP but freezes with "poor connection" status. When you unplug and plug LAN cable everything is working.
Before upgrade of software from V1_210719 to 1.3.1 Build 20220721 rel.61848(4555) everything worked perfect.

I made two another tests:
1. I connected ISP modem directly to the computer and after restart of ISP modem, computer connects to the internet without any problem.
2. I have old TP-LINK router ARCHER C5400X. I repeated all scenario and C5400X is connecting without problem too.
Now we can see that there is problem with your firmware upgrade, old firmware was working perfectly, ARCHER C5400X is working without problem and PC connected directly to ISP modem connects to the internet perfectly.

Downgrade of firmware to version 1.3.0 Build 20220221 solved my problem for now.

I am also having issues with ax11000 after firmware update. I have posted a few times on this with details.
Noticed my issues occurs every hour exactly. Release and then Renew is solving for me.
Luckily, I have my Linksys router until then. This router is steady, so definitely an issue with the ax11000.

@gozamet hi, where did you found the old Firmware? Unfortunately Swiss region site does not provide any firmware to download from their site, and the only one I can find is US variant. Can you please provide a link? Thanks!
