I bought a pair of new XE75 Pro recently in order to improve the connection between my old X60. I have 5 X60 in fact to serve my house with 4-storey but occsaionally they can't work well between them and so when I knew the new product with WiFi 6E, I bought it immediately without delay.

However, no improvement so far and even worse. I set the XE75 Pro as the main deco and connect another XE75 Pro in secound floor and placed other X60 in individual room as booster. I found they can't work well and even I experienced my device connection in "on and off" mode......

I had tried to upgrade the available firmware and do the scanning for improvement throught the app, but no improvement so far. See any suggestion to me, million thanks.

  @avsky

Thanks for the feedback.

”my device connection in "on and off" mode“, were you saying the device disconnected/reconnected again?

May I know the model number of these unstable devices?

Can I have a picture of your network layout?

Please also turn off "fast roaming"  under Deco APP>More>Advanced and "Mesh Technology" of the clients.

  @avsky Thanks for your reply.

Yes, my devices are now experienced disconnected / reconnected situation. For some occasion, I need to reconnect manually by clicking my wifi network back once disconnected. I not sure whether this situation is due to the malfunction of product or some devices not compatible with XE75 Pro as their status showed in the App are all fine and the LED indicator in the router is 'Green'.

Here is my connection details: XE75 Pro set in ground floor as Main and connected to my router by wire to the 1G port. The other 1G port is connected to my 16-port gigabit switch (TL-SG1016PE) to connect another XE75 Pro at 1/F and X60 at 2/F as well as other devices by wire. Other X60 are placed in different rooms in different level and connected by mesh.

Thanks for the feedback.

May I know the model number of the clients that dropped the connection frequently from Deco? and how many online clients do you have usually to connect to Deco

And could you please log into the web UI and help me save a picture of the web UI map between Decos?

Deco web interface login

And there are some suggestions for your reference:

1. please temporarily turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

2. please refer to the following picture to turn off the"Mesh Tecgnology" for the specific device.

When you are availble, would you please unplug the mesh X60 and only leave the wired Deco XE75pro and one X60 to see whether the connection would be better?

Best regards.
