No mobile phone in my household is able to connect to the 5GHZ band. I have tried with Iphone, Samsung, and other android phones. As soon as i change the connection prefences in the deco app for the phone to connect to 5GHZ it disconnects from the wifi and cannot connect again until i change it back to automatic or 2.4GHZ. Also wifi 6E is not showing up on any compatible devices. It just does not appear in the wifi list of compatible wifi 6E devices. Require help urgently. Please help.

Can you share the screenshots of your wireless settings on Deco app?

For the 6GHz connection, it is suggested to follow this thread to check whether 6Ghz is avaible in your region.

You may also contact local support for direct help.
