We bought a deco E4 AC1200 home mesh 3 pack and installed it on 02/09/2022. On Monday 6th one of the satellites started flashing a constant blue light and created its own open network, all of the fixes were tried but none worked, it was packaged to be sent back for repair. Yesterday evening the second satellite started flashing blue, again all of the fixes were tried, rebooting, moving closer to the main deco, changing it with the main deco, rebooting the system, again none of the fixes worked. It had also created its own open network Deco_1D9C, I checked the MAC address and of the satellite and it ends in the same 4 digits.

Has anyone else had these issues?

If so, how did they overcome them?

Have you accidentally delete/remove one Deco from the APP?

If not, could you please refer to this link to submit the APP log for me?
