Hello @Lucas_Andrade

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.

Below are some instructions to set up an IPv6 connection on the wireless router, please review all the settings parameters on the router and ensure they are all correct:
How to set up an IPv6 Internet connection on the Wi-Fi Routers

If the connection still fails, please ensure you have activated the IPv6 service with your ISP line and all the IPv6 parameters are correct, then verify the information as below:
1. Who is your ISP?
2. What is your network topology, is it ISP modem--AX73?
3. Is the IPv4 connection on the AX73 good or not? What is the WAN IP address of it?
4. Is the IPv6 connection type the same as IPv4? Are both PPPoE?

  @Kevin_Z

Hi, Kevin,

The configuration is right. I have another router from D-Link and it's works. When I use de isp router, the service works to. Only with TP-Link the ivy doesn't work.

In the same network, same configurations and hosts.

3. Is the IPv4 connection on the AX73 good or not? What is the WAN IP address of it? Yes. IPv4 Works Perfectly. Wired and Wireless are very good.

@Lucas_Andrade

Thank you so much for all the details.

Just a side note, in the future, I would suggest not posting product MAC addresses, public WAN IP addresses, or your account information such as username and password in plain text in your threads directly so to ensure security.  You can mask them before posting. I can't edit that part but I would suggest you do.  It's not something we need for troubleshooting anyway.

  @Lucas_Andrade

Prezados,

I have always faced this IPv6 connection problem with my Archer C5400 router, but I always knew how to work around it. It's annoying and inconvenient, and it's really sad that the Archer C5400 has a bug like this, along with the even more irritating bug of limiting my bandwidth after a few hours of use and having to restart the router. But getting back to the subject…

How to bypass the inaccessible IPv6 issue:
1. After successfully connecting to the provider, it will return the IPv6 addresses, but IPv6 access will not work.
2. Change the LAN settings: If it's set to “SLAAC + Stateless DHCP”, switch to “SLAAC + RDNSS” and save. Then, go back to the previous setting and save again. You just need to change the settings, save, and return to the previous configuration, saving again. By doing this, your IPv6 network will work.

Note: Whenever the router restarts, you will need to perform the same procedure.
