I switched to a new internet provider.  Tried to connect my extender to the new wifi but the extender does not see the new router.   I also have a KASA smart bulb that won't work now.    I tried a reset on the extender but that made no difference.  Any suggestions?

May I know the model number of your new router?

Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the main router, such as channel 11 for 2.4ghz, and channel 48 for 5ghz?
