So I have a M7200 and when I brought it to a technician, he factory reset the mifi.
I don't have the SSID or the password to get back into the mifi.
is there another way to get back into the mifi after a factory reset if you don't have the SSID or password that was on the puck?
Hi, the default SSID is usually TP-Link_xxxx, and the default wireless password is the last 8 digits of the IMEI, so please take out the battery, you will see another label inside, please look for the IMEI and write down the last 8 digits, then insert the battery and turn on the MiFi device, look for the WiFi SSID TP-Link_xxxx and try to connect using the last 8 digits of the IMEI.
By the way, please confirm if your MiFi device is M7000 or M7200, and what is the hardware version? like V1 or V2 etc.
