Hi, welcome to the community.

There are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please make sure the main M4 is wired into one of the orange LAN ports to C4000.

2. The internet connection type is supposed to be Dynamic IP.

3. Please check whether you have set up any MAC filtering or Access Control on C4000.

For more details, it is also suggested to have a look at this link:Unable to connect to the Internet

Best regards.

Hi David,

Many thanks.  It worked.  However, just wanted to check with you, that I am getting only 10-16 Mbps, while I have a 500 Mbps broadband.

Can you help here?

Regards,

ArunP

  @ArunP

Hi, if the PC is also wired to C4000 directly, how much speed you could get from the computer?

And did you connect to the WiFi (2.4ghz or 5ghz)of Deco M4 or via Ethernet cable when the speed was about 10-16m/s?

Please check the QoS settings on the M4 and make sure the bandwidth is not limited.

If possible, please also connect M4 to a different port on C4000 to see whether the speed would be different.

Best regards.
