I'm trying to create an VPn between an AX50 and a VR400 using openvpn.  The server is the VR400, in which I generate a certificate and export a configuration file.  The client is the AX50 but when I load the exported file (which allegedly completes at 100%), the system highlights the filename field (which is populated with the filename) and errors 'this field is required".  Any thoughts.  I'd specifically bought 2 TP-Links because I expected that a file created on one would load in the other.

@LeapingLemming

Hi,

Unfortunately, Archer AX50 doesn't support VPN Client feature, so you cannot make it connect to the VPN Server.

TP-Link has some models that support VPN Client already, you can visit this thread to get the models. If this AX50 is new, you can check if you can replace it with one of the models in the list.

If not, then you can only download and install some third-party software on the computer itself to connect to the VPN Server. Follow this guide (take the Windows computer for an example) to connect to the server.

That was an oops.  I meant AX55 which does support client.

Reason was it would not let me do this remotely. I had have someone do this at the other end.
