Firmware Version: Archer T9UH(EU)_V2_181023_Win

Hi,

Just bought the Archer T9UH and installed latest EU driver.  It's dropping packets:

Troubleshooting tasks ive done:

  • I've removed and reinstalled drivers - no change
  • I've removed device from dock and plugged directly into USB port on PC - no change
  • I've used the default wifi card built into Winodws 10 PC and had improved performance (but not great which is why i invested in Archer)

Not sure what else I can do to stabalise the Archer device.

Any ideas most welcomed.

Thanks.

  @Limfox

Hi, Have you tried the driver here:

May I know the model number of your main WiFi router?

How often do you usually get the packet loss? Would the packet loss happen more frequently under certain network activities, like playing games, or video streaming?

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Hi David, router is a single DECO x60 connected to a virgin hub3 providing 1gb speed.

Packet drops are fairly consistent.  Whether it the only connection or multiple connections.
