FTP Folder Error 550

I set up successfully USB Device Storage. I successfully access USB to delete, upload, new folder,...
But a few day. After remove this USB from setting of http://tplinkwifi.net/ web. and unplug from router.
Then plug USB to my PC and it became read-only. Can not format
Then plug back to router. Using local FTP but USB became Read-only,
