Hello to everyone. I cannot connect to my account of Disney + from my home network where I have a X90 Deco mesh.

Through cable directly in my PC I can connect. From behind my X90 it is impossible. 

Is there any suggestions or solutions?

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Would there be any error message when you failed to access Disney +?

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. please change the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

2. clone the MAC address of your PC: How to Configure MAC Clone on Deco

 

By the way, May I know who is your internet service provider?
