Hi All,
My recent post, was deleted

So I'm writting again the issue.

 

I bought 2 units of Deco x50 and on my laptop the connection is totally unstable.
I lost the connectivy almost 20 seconds, and then reconnect for 4/5 minutes, and repeat.

I followed this instruccions: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/kb/detail/412552, but is not working.

 

The issue persist.

My laptop is new, with WIFI 6 technology (AX).

Used to work perfect all my network with the Archer x23 (AX1800), but now the experience is really bad.

Have you noticed a similar issue on other mobile clients, except for this laptop?

Did you also try to turn off "Fast roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced?

Please also check whether there is a new driver for this laptop.

By the way, would the WiFi drop as well during web surfing or video streaming, not just Zoom live audio/video?

Thanks for the correct URL.

 

I note only in the Laptop.
Drivers are updated.

 "Fast roaming" and "Beamforming" are turn off


WIFI drops, 20 seconds, during web browsing also.
