@David-TP will there be an update for v1.0?

@David-TP Why is this version not compatible with BE65 V1? The BE85 release was for both versions but this one not? When will the update 1.1.0 be released for BE65 V1?
It's so confusing ...

@David-TP Do you have ETA for V1 models?

@David-TP I would also like to know about the status of the BE63 V1. It seems like V2 is getting all the attention...
Genuinely, these totally invisible differences between hardware versions across all your deco products are extremely confusing, particularly when you only release firmware for one hardware revision and not the other. It makes me feel like I'm penalized for having a v1 instead of a v2, even though I had no say in the matter. And, normally I wouldn't care so much about firmware updates, but with how horribly unstable and buggy my BE63 V1 has been, I'm still holding onto hope that you might resolve some of the issues eventually.
I have to reboot my router seemingly every 3-5 days because of glitches, dropouts, the phone app no longer accurately showing which devices are connected or not, or the router just outright crashing of its own accord.

@David-TP I initially had the same issue upgrading my BE65 v2's with this official firmware, same as with the beta version. Then I tried something and it finally worked!
So my setup consists of 3 BE65 V2's and 1 BE65 V1. I temporarily unplugged the power supply of the V1 device and finally the firmware upgrade succeeded. What I suspect is that in the firmware update web page the device selection box is broken, due to both devices being listed as plain BE65 without a V1 or V2 suffix. When the V1 device is unplugged, the selection box shows a default value of BE65 selected, whereas when V1 is online the selection box is not filled in, and the only selectable value is BE65, which I suspect is mapping to the V1 device.
I hope this is sufficient info to reproduce the issue at your side and fix the web based firmware upgrade page in a future update.

@David-TP Why are these not released or updated on the main product page? These are buried in the communitys and makes it hard to stay on top of what is actually current. They are also not visible via the app for any ota updates or scheduled updates.

Hi, Deco firmware gradually rolls out in waves based on the MAC address via OTA Firmware Upgrade. A group of users will detect the latest version through the Deco APP first. At the same time, the local web support will upload similar firmware to the product page in case users want to update manually via the web interface.
Usually, the EN/US site will update the firmware first then it might take some time for other local web supports to upload similar firmware versions on their responsible sites.

@David-TP As others have already asked any ideas as to when we will see these features on the V1 hardware?

@Beefy80 it will likely be a year or 2, similar to the XE75 Pro where some versions got it a year ago and the others haven't go an update planned yet.
The team seem to pick 1 version of the model to update then leave that one running for a year to see if there is any issues, if there are no reports then they will port it over.
