It is showing in available network but not able to connect it. ALL the networks are working fine in other devices.

  @APAP

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Would there be any error message when the adapter failed to connect the 2.4ghz?

If the main router supports a guest network, It is suggested to connect the adapter to the 2.4ghz-only guest network to see whether it is interfered by other mobile devices in the network.

And it is also suggested to install the wireless driver here to see whether it helped with the current issue:

Best regards.
