Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 210414

Traté solucionar el problema apretando el botón reset por 10 segundos, también intenté reinstalando el firmware. Pero siempre termina pasando lo mismo : todas las luces parpadean al mismo tiempo no importa cuánto tiempo lo deje asi.

As per your description, it seems the router is not functioning properly, please check the below suggestions and proceed: 
1. Be sure you are using the original power adapter, and ensure that the power button on the back has turned on.
2. Try another power adapter with the same power specification, which is 12 V ⎓ 1 A.
3. Try to reset it by holding the reset button for 10s or longer to see if it will change anything.
4. Is there any power outage/bad weather before it behaves like that?

 

If nothing helps, it's suggested to contact the local tech support to be advised further:

Traté con 2 diferentes fuentes de alimentación de salida: 12v==1000mA , y el problema persiste.
