Why does the parent control stop my daughter from watching shows on Disney plus app and Netflix? I have her set to most basic control settings just to stop adult content popping up. But it's still ping kids shows

If you temporarily removed the Adult content filer, is the device able to access Disney Plus app and Netflix?
If yes, could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with a screenshot of the Filter content settings on the Deco APP?
