I have Nord VPN loaded on my router

I wanted to connect a Roku Streaming Stick 4K but it does not recognise the VPN and says out of region

I read on the Nord site that by activating Smat DNS this would make the Roku work

Unfortunately I have made an error entering the information into my AX55 and it has now "Vanished" - no wifi signal - only 1 green light that flashes for about 30 seconds on power up then vanishes

I have tried power off, pressing wps button & even pressing the reset button but nothing works

Any ideas please?

Hi,

The reset button of the router has two functions.

1) A short press of the reset button will result in a normal reset.
2) A long press (>5 seconds or hold until some LED(s) start to flash) of the reset button will restore the router to factory default settings.

If you haven't done the second option already, then that's something you could try now.
