Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Not sure, but it was factory reset

I got a new Deco M5, tried adding to my existing network of 3 Deco M5s. When I add it on the app, I'm able to discover it and I get the message saying it was successfully added. However the LED stays a solid blue for hours and it remains offline on the app.

Could you please leave me a message about the MAC address of this newly added Deco?

Do you have any customized firewall system in the Mesh system?

The solid blue LED means it is unable to communicate with the cloud server.
