I have an Deco X4300 Pro and I'm trying to connect my work laptop to my work VPN. The VPN says it is connected but I can't access anything on my work network. I bought the X4300 Pro to replace and older mesh from another vendor, but I've been forced to go back to the older model because it works. Any help/suggestions would be welcome.

Hi, what kind of VPN type of your work VPN, IPsec or OpenVPN?

May I know the model number of your old Mesh router? Did it use to connect to the same internet service provider?

By the way, May i know who is your internet service provider?

I believe we're using OpenVPN. I'm using AT&T uverse and now AT&T Fiber. the other mesh network is Linksys Velop
