Hi! I just replaced my previous router by an AX23 hardware version 1.2 (which isn't available on the field form) and the instability of Wi-Fi is tremendous.

The speed scores are good, but sometimes the connection just drops. My Roku device suffers more than the others.

I already tried:

• restart;
• reset;
• customize DNS server settings;
• change RTS Threshold and Beacon Interval;
• enable/disable Airtime Fairness;
• enable/disable Smart Connect;
• change 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels;
• change VLAN settings, as my ISP provider requires it to be enabled;
• enable/disable QoS;
• enable/disable IPv6;
• enable/disable 2.4GHz;

I don't know whether it helps, but my Android device reports the connection as Wi-Fi 5.

For me, it looks like a firmware issue.
