Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20230603 rel.46473(4555)

Hi, recently I started to face a strange issue. When trying to copy to shared USB HDD attached to the router I'm getting error 0x80070032. I'm using this setup for almost a year by now and never had such strange issue. When USB HDD is detached from the router and attached to the computer all works normally. I tried to reboot the router but it didn't help at all. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

@Peter_P

It seems you've install the latest 1.2.3 firmware that TP-Link recently released. Do you remember if the issue came across after you upgrade the firmware?

You may attach a screenshot to the community of the error message when try to copy/paste a file to the USB HDD that attached to the USB port.

How about if you copy a file from the HDD and save it on the computer, will that still work?

  @Liverpool20 I'm sorry for very late response. Anyway the problem still persists. It was for sure working with firmware V1_1.1.8 Build 20230304 but when it exactly stopped to work I don't know as I'm using a job that synchronize photos to the shared drive so I just accidentally found it.

Copying to the HDD directly attached to the PC works smooth. No issues at all.

What I have noticed is that it seems like router is sort of disconnecting the HDD after higher load or better to say after longer time files are being copied to the shared drive. The longer time means just several minutes (like 10mins or so).

Here is the error screenshot.
