Firmware Version: 1030.38.712.2019

I just bought a T3U recently, but when I connect it to the computer, it will keep crashing (USB exits, there will be a sound of USB exiting). Constantly connect and exit.The driver has been updated to the latest version, also tried using the included CD driver.Please help me to solve the problem.

T3U Firmware Version:1030.38.712.2019

windows vesion:Win11 22H2

computer: ASUS GA503QM

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried to install T3U to a different USB port on the ASUS GA503QM?

It is also suggested to test the T3U on a different laptop.

If neither helps, I think you could replace it with the shop retailer first.
