Deco X60 - Cannot Reset - SSID is Deco_25:00

One of my Deco X60 units disconnected from the mesh network over a month ago.
I have 4 Deco X60's all the same version with the latest firmware installed (Installed as part of the regular update from the App)
It is possible to connect to the Deco unit through the Wifi however the SSID is incorrect.
The SSID is not what it should be:
- i.e. Deco_<<Last 4 characters of the MAC address>>
- The SSID is: Deco_25:00
When it is reset, it will flash blue but it is not being picked up by the app when trying to add using the app.
I've tried all suggested solutions with no change.
- reset deco unit
- Connect to main deco with ethernet cable
- update firmware
etc

Is there anything else I can do or should I be looking for a replacement unit from TP-Link ?
