I have a DECO X50-5G and I'm having problems trying to connect to my works VPN router which has 2 factor authentication turned on.

When I select connect in windows 10 proff. I don't recieve the 2 factor code on my phone.

However when I use the same sim in my HUAWEI 5G CPE Pro 2 router it works without issue?

I'm a little stuck on how to get this working and why it's not?

Any help would be great...

  @cloudwork Hi, could you please help me test:

When the computer is connected to Deco X50-5G, could you please test any other websites which required 2-factor Auth to see whether the works VPN is the only one that failed to get the 2-factor code?

Wait for your reply.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @David-TP Hi,

Tested it with another Microsoft web login and this has worked as expected and contacted my phone and is working.

We have 2 VPN hosts at different locations which I have attempted to connect to and neither of them are connecting to my phone with the 2 factor authenticator.

If I then take out the sim and try it from my other 5G router (Huawei 5G CPE Pro2) it works.

I've also opened a few ports to the PC through the Deco X50-5G, to see if this made any difference and still nothing.

The ports I've opened are 47, 1723, 500, 4500, 1701.
