Hi Guys,

We are using Archer MR400 v4 in wireless router mode in our small business. And we have a download issue: all of our devices connected to this modem stop downloading a file after 2 GB. I found this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/271694. But when I checked our device version is newer than in this thread. (1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201230 Rel.32867n). When I check for upgrades in the UI it says "Your firmware is up to date". So what should I do the fix the issue?

Hi, is the hardware version of your MR400 V4.0?

If so, please download the MR400 V4 beta firmware in the post: [Solution] Downloading stops after 2GB

Actually the MR400 V4 beta firmware in the post is newer than your device current firmware, but since it is beta firmware only, the online upgrade cannot detect it.
