Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

So i have 2 wifi modem, 1 from the ISP a huawei modem (dual band), and 1 is TP LINK AX10. My first phone (samsung Galaxy S9+) can detect and connect the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz signal from the ISP modem. But from the TP Link AX10 only the 2.4Ghz, at same time, i use another phone (samsung Galaxy S21FE), can detect and connect 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz both from the ISP modem and the AX10 with no problem

Is there any difference about the 5Ghz from the ISP modem and from the AX10 ?

@ivanhadiptr i think i figured out the reason. is that the ISP router is a 802.11ac dual band and the AX10 is 802.11ax, both can run 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. But the s9+ phone doesnt support 802.11ax. I thought there is something wrong with my AX10 settings, but maybe isnt, just phone specs support problem.

Hi, by default, the 5GHz Wi-Fi of Archer AX10 works on 802.11a/n/ac/ax mixed, so 802.11ac client device will be able to detect and connect to it as well, please try to change the 5GHz WiFi channel and channel width, if the first phone still cannot detect it, you could also try changing the mode to 802.11a/n/ac mixed to see if it helps.
