Model: Archer T9UH
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: ???

When my Archer T9UH is connecting to my home wifi, Windows crashes. But i dont know if it is an issue with the hardware itself, or my home internet. Because when it is connected to my phone hotspot, then it works fine. And it only happens when it is connecting, so i dont even think it has ever been connected to my home wifi actually.

Thanks!

  @emaler

Hi,

here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please put the PC into safe mode first.-How to get into Windows safe mode

2. Then install the following driver---https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/509006

3. Connect to the Home Wi-Fi again to see whether Windows would crash again.

Thank you very much and best regards.
