Deco M3W shows Zero Clients connected

I have setup the M3W to my current deco network.
1. X20 Voice - Level 1 Foyer
2. X20 Voice - Level 2 Master Bedroom
The new M3W
3. Level 2 - Common Area
However, I noticed the M3W is not getting any device connecting to it.
The IP address for my network is 192.168.68.XXX, but the IP of the M3W is showing 192.168.71.XXX.
Some of the steps which i have done
- I have tried to turn off the Level 2 X20, but devices just try to connect to Level 1 X20.
Turning it back on will get the device connecting back to my Level 2 X20 Voice.
- Rebooting the M3W does not work as well
- Rebooting the entire network also does not fix
Devices are slow at certain areas especially the Tapo CCTV which are mounted nearer to the M3W.
Anyone can assist in a fix?
How do I get the devices to connect to the nearest device?
Is there something to do with the IP address which seems to be on a different network instead?
