On your computer, open Realtek Ethernet Adapter properties, change "Speed & Duplex" from Auto to 1.0Gbps Full Duplex.

It's already on it, if I connect the PC direct to my modem it gives full speed.

Please double check. Perhaps, reboot a computer and check again. If you force adapter to gigabit speed, it will not show you 100Mbps link speed: it will either fail to establish the link or will show gigabit.

There are no configuration settings in X55 for Ethernet link speed. X55 comes with gigabit Ethernet ports. Try different Ethernet cable(s), and/or return Deco X55 to the seller.

Hi, Have you tried to connect to the other Ethernet port from Deco X55?
And I see the current firmware is on 1.2.7, last week, the latest 1.3.1 was released for Deco X55_V1.
It is also suggested to update to the latest firmware to see whether it helped.
You could go to Deco APP>More>System>Update Deco to see whether you can detect the latest 1.3.1 version.
or manually upload the 1.3.1 via web UI:

How to Update the Firmware of Deco (method 2 via web UI)
Thank you very much and best regards.
