Extender connecting then disappearing

Hello,
I have 2 extenders which I've had for about a year. I have just changed to a new router. One of my extenders is connected and working fine. The second connects, then disappears. I have reset and retried numerous times. The tether app won't log into either device saying "you may be connected to a guest network, limited by Parental Controls or your network may be unstable". I have tried going to the linkrepeaternet site but that doesn't seem to be working either.
I am at a loss as to what to do so any help would be gratefully received!
The model number is AV600

I noticed you mentioned the model number is AV600 and generally it is supposed to be the powerline adapter.
Is your product like this: TL-WPA4220kit
It should use tpPLC APP for management control. As for setup, we don't need the APP and it is suggested to refer to the QIG:
