Hi,

I am facing issue when conecting with laptop.when extender is ON then am not able to conect my laptop with direct router,its conecting but Internet not available , if extender is OFF means i can connect.But mobile there is no issues.

Hi,

In case your TL-WA850RE is hardware version 7 (check if the label on the back reads something like "Ver: 7.0" or if the "Firmware Upgrade" menu says "Hardware Version: TL-WA850RE(EU)7.0"), then check out this post: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/628396
