Hi

Today I've installed my 3-pack of Deco 6E (XE75) firmware version 1.2.3 build 20231011 Rel. 60272. Everything works fine BUT is not showing devices connected though Ethernet, only shows devices connected though WIFI.

I'm using Deco App version 3.6.30 on iOS. Can you help me with his?

Thanks

Hi, welcome to the community.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log:

How to submit Deco APP log

Are 3*Deco XE75 connected via Ethernet cables?

Can I have a picture of the network layout/topology?

Thank you very much and best regards.

The Decos are connected between them via WIFI. but I have a couple of devices connected to the Main/Principal/Escritorio Deco through an Ethernet cable.

I'm not seeing those devices on the app.

This is the topology of my network

Thanks

  @David-TP

I've tested more devices connected via ethernet to the main/escritorio router, and I can see those devices (Playstation & Laptops). The only device I can't see on the APP is my Philips Hue Bridge. Everything works fine (I can see the lights turn on/off without issues), but I can't see the bridge under the devices.

Will I assume this is expected?

Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the update. I also received your logs.

I think Philips Hue Bridge should show up on the online list as well.

Have you configured any static IP address on the Hue Bridge?

If you don't mind, could you please help me run a simple test:

  • Temporarily connect the Hue Bridge to one of the satellite XE75, then check whether it would show up.

Best regards.

Hi  @David-TP

I've moved my Philips Hue Bridge to one of the others XE75, the one located in "Entrada" without success. I was able to see the lights, etc, but not the device under the devices in the app.

This is my Philips Hue Bridge version and firmware

Here is the light listed in the Deco APP.

  @netman_uy

Hi, sorry for the delay.

A new Deco APP IOS version 3.6.45 was released a few days ago. Have you tried to update to the latest APP version?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Yes, I've updated to the latest version, but I still can't see my Philips Bridge connected via ethernet cable.
