TP-link Archer AC1200 -C6 Keeps Disconnecting Wireless Network For Some Reason
Hello, I recently spent my saved pocket money on a new TP-Link Archer Ac1200/C6
(TP-Link Archer AC1200 Archer C6 Wi-Fi Speed Up to 867 Mbps/5 GHz + 400Mbps/2.4 GHz, 5 Gigabit Ports, 4 External Antennas, MU-MIMO, Dual Band, WiFi Coverage with Access Point Mode, Black https://amzn.eu/d/9xgNsbq)
for my studies. My internet plan is 50mbps, but my old router only provided 30mbps, so I upgraded to this router expecting a better and more stable network. However, since I installed it, the internet has been extremely unstable, causing interruptions for anything connected wirelessly. Wired connections are fine, and my old TP-Link router, despite being slower, provides a more stable internet connection.
This new router, which I bought just 4 days ago, keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, leading to delays even in simple tasks like sending WhatsApp messages. I'm disappointed as I invested my savings in this router, and it's not justifying the cost. The router installed the latest firmware during the initial setup—could this firmware be causing the instability? I need insights on what to do, or I might have to consider replacing this router.
