Recently our range extender disconnected and won't even show up in our wifi options. The power light keeps flashing, then will go solid, then reset over and over again. I've tried resetting it, I've tried checking the app and nothing seems to work. Any help would be great!

To reset the RE, press the reset button for about 10 seconds.

If you even can't reset the device and it's in kind of a boot loop, most probably it went faulty.
