If your C80 is with LAN IP address 192.168.0.50 then its DHCP server gives IP addresses in the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet.
The reason for receiving LAN IP addresses in 192.168.30.0/24 subnet on some of your client devices is an active DHCP server in this subnet - a device with LAN IP address 192.168.30.1.
Judging by your network diagram and the information you've provided so far, that's most probably one of your switches (Switch0 or Switch1).

you mean one of my switches gives ip 192.168.30.00/25 subnet but when I change the router c80 with Huawei router it works fine and dont give 192.168.30.0/subnet it give 192.168.0.00 /subnet iP's
and 1 more thing when i connect c80 it also disturb the internet of C6 Router

What I've meant is that you can easily check the C80 DHCP server pool here:
If its LAN IP address is 192.168.0.50, its DHCP pool would serve IP addresses in 192.168.0.0/24 subnet.
The IP addresses from subnet 192.168.30.0/24 are served from another DHCP sever which is active in your network.
To pinpoint the device on which this DHCP server is configured you have to find the device with LAN IP address 192.168.30.1.
