Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.9 Build 20230728 Rel. 45716(4555)

Hi,

The unit (Archer AX10/AX1500) is set to AP mode and is being used by ten people max at a time. We are experiencing severe spikes in latency over wifi (>2000ms). At the same time, connection over the cable works perfectly fine with normal latency and speeds (53ms, >80 mbit up, >80 mbit down). Unfortunately, we cannot connect everyone with a cable and are getting desperate with the unit.

We have already tried disabling the smart connect and only enabling 5 ghz (if 2.4 and 5 ghz are enabled, then we have trouble connecting to the 5 ghz with computers being next to the ap).

Does anyone have any solution to the problem?

  @pzpz

This could be due to a strong wireless interference around you if you're living in a dense populated area.

The way to mitigate this is usung an app like Wi-Fi analyzer and select the least populates wireless channel here:
