I hope someone sensible person/authority is reading this because when I tried calling the technical support team, I got a stupid response like they aren't even trained for this job.

Issue: I'm using a JIO Postpaid sim in MR 6400(EU) v5, which works fine for a few hours after inserting, but after some time,  it stops working while the status shows connected, signal strength is 75%. I don't know what's wrong with this. I searched on tp link site they said  "download the beta firmware upgrade", but there is no upgrade for V5. What to do now?
